ANN: RDF::Trine::Node::Literal::XML 0.13

Hi all!

Toby Inkster pointed out that RDFa wanted the xml:lang attribute set on the 
elements of an rdf:XMLLiteral if it exists on some of the parent elements, 
a practice which is also recommended in the RDF abstract spec. So, I have 
modified the constructor of RDF::Trine::Node::Literal::XML to allow it to 
set that. I have also written a bunch of new tests. The new version is

    RDF-Trine-Node-Literal-XML-0.13.tar.gz

and has entered CPAN as
