Resurrecting the list

Hi all,

Now, the DNS has been updated for librdf.org, thanks to Kip Hampton, and 
thanks to Greg Williams to get us to do it. 

Apparently, the Mailman process had crashed over New Year's, but it 
should be working now.

So, this is partly to say "hi" and partly to test if it actually 
works :-)
