Yup!

I propose that we throw up a wiki there, that's surely the best way to 
get people involved?

I have RDF::Scutter, which isn't developed a lot, but I am willing to 
spend time on it if it is interest. I have also just uploaded 
RDF::RDFa::Parser::Trine, and I'm working on an RDF::RDFa::Template. 

Also, RDF::Redland I believe is maintained, and I've seen quite a few 
new things there. We should make sure everyone who has CPAN stuff is on 
this list.

Unfortunately, I'm working with Java for $day_job, but I hope to move 
away from it, Java is just a productivity disaster.
