Oh, in RDF::RDFa::Template, I've called it web/doap.ttl and not included it 
in the distribution, but rather publish web/ on my website. Perhaps it 
should be included based on the directive in there?

BTW, I would suggest adding     :programming-language "Perl" ; to the 
suggested template.
