No, it's a quick hack that only ever saw v0.01. I'm surprised anyone noticed its disappearance, really — guess that means it ought to be bumped to v1.0!

The backpan at http://backpan.perl.org/authors/id/R/RB/RBERJON/XML-NamespaceFactory-0.01.tar.gz is the whole story, I never touched it again, and I probably wrote it in just one go given how simple it is.

I can confirm that I'm the one who deleted it, my PAUSE files used to read:

...
XML-NamespaceFactory-0.01.tar.gz 
XML-NamespaceSupport-0.02.tar.gz 
...

You can see how that went wrong... Sorry for the screw-up!
