RDF::RDFa::Parser 1.10 will have a callback "oncurie" called whenever a
CURIE is expanded to a URI; and indeed when it can't be expanded.

You might be able to use this to provide a hook to deal with non-CURIE
tokens, allowing you to use things like:

	<span about="?person">

to encode variables instead of the current dummy-namespace solution.
