RDF::RDFa::Parser

The W3C has published the first public working drafts of RDFa Core 1.1
and XHTML+RDFa 1.1 today. Ivan Herman has written a pretty good summary
of the changes:

Over the last few days I've been releasing developer editions of
RDF::RDFa::Parser with fairly complete RDFa 1.1 support. They also
introduce a few small API changes, though they're unlikely to effect
you unless you're doing interesting and unusual things like Kjetil is.

The RDFa 1.1 versions of RDF::RDFa::Parser will stay in development for
a while, with the aim to release it properly at around the same time
RDFa 1.1 becomes a W3C Proposed Recommendation - March 2011 expected.
