Bug tracker

What should we do about tracking bugs? Should we use rt.cpan.org, or
should we set up a separate bug tracker for perlrdf.org? I'm slightly in
favour of using rt.cpan.org, and it's what I currently use for my own
distributions.

Either way, I think it would be useful for all the main RDF-related
distributions to use the same bug tracker so that we can add links between
bugs for dependency trees.

What are other people using?
