trapper & toquet

The latest version of RDF::TrineShortcuts comes bundled with a couple of
command-line scripts:

trapper - fetch, parse and serialise RDF.
toquet  - query local and remote RDF files, or SPARQL endpoints.

They're loosely modelled on librdf's rapper and roqet tools, and the
command-line options are designed to mimic them quite closely.

PS: 'toquet' is a very obscure word. It's a small toque for children.
And 'toque' is itself fairly obscure - it's a brimless style of hat,
popular in the 13th to 16th centuries, with a brief revival in the early
part of the 20th century.
